Ori doesn't find the video
- Start playing the video first. Ori notices a video when the page begins loading it.
- If the video was already playing before you installed Ori, reload the page and play it again.
- Some websites aren't supported, in line with Chrome Web Store policy.
It says "Protected stream — can't be downloaded" or "Live stream — not supported yet"
Videos protected with DRM can't be saved by any extension, and live broadcasts aren't supported yet. Ori shows these so you know why the download button is missing.
The download stopped
Streams are downloaded in the tab Ori opens. Keep that tab open until the file is finished. If it stopped, open Ori again and choose "Retry".
The file name isn't right
Ori names files after the post and its author when the page shows them. Click the pencil next to a video to rename it before you download.
MP3 conversion failed
MP3 conversion works for the common AAC and Opus audio formats. For anything else, choose M4A to keep the original sound.
